Trends in current students learning-unknown unknowns!

Abstract Never in the history of academics there has been such a wave uncertainty, unpredictability, unrest, and unforeseeable challenges learning methods adopted by academic departments. The traditional big barrier between instructor students is becoming arbitrary. At one end instructors are experimenting all modern tools gadgets on other responding with prominent variability making statistical unreliable. Instructors trying plethora available within very short period time equally met challenging students’ styles. current teaching environment millennial, generation x z further complicating equation. We at Chicago State University College Pharmacy surveyed both over last four years. Our hypothesis was that stability standardization lost its value frequent untimely use tsunami new methods. Data analyzed from two major departments including basic sciences clinical practice. This includes data year pharmacy to pharmacy. results suggest impulsive changing their without giving each method deserved testing evaluation period. Likewise more self-directed, taking own hands. see-saw type educational root settings adding frustrations burnouts, for as well students. should bring changes styles slow, perpetual steady way.
